Shaina Feingold, LICSW
Shaina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She is currently offering telehealth sessions only. Shaina has experience with a wide range of clinical concerns; however, she specializes in anxiety, trauma, depression, abuse, attachment issues, and parent/child relationship conflicts. Shaina understands that everyone’s needs are different, and that not one modality fits all. Therefore, she uses an integrative approach, utilizing both evidence-based practices and holistic modalities to help clients tackle even the most traumatic circumstances. Shaina values the therapeutic relationship, and she makes sure that clients feel safe and supported on their journey towards healing. She incorporates Brainspotting, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), a variety of Play Therapy techniques, as well as mindfulness strategies to help clients manage those challenging experiences. Shaina works closely with clients to help them stay in the present moment and restore the mind-body connection. Remember, individuals are not defined by the negative experiences they have endured, anyone has the capacity to heal with the right approach and supports.
