Leah is a Mental Health Practitioner with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. She is passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families experiencing challenges with addiction, communication, transition, feeling stuck, the impact body image and relationship, or simply having to balance the day to day of life and relationships. Leah believes it is through understanding how our thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected is how we begin to understand who we are and how we interacted with the world. Because no one person or family is alike, Leah’s approach to therapy is adaptive to who she is working with. Leah’s passion lies in supporting and empowering people to move through the complex transitions that come up in their lives and relationships. Her warm, down to earth, non-judgmental, and person-centered approach allows her to join with individuals, families and couples on their path to healing.
