Jackie is a mental health practitioner with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas. She has experience working in residential and outpatient mental health settings. Jackie is passionate about working with young adults and adults with a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and trauma. She believes that clients should feel safe, heard, and supported throughout the therapy process. Jackie uses a person-centered approach and integrates cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and motivational interviewing techniques. She enjoys working collaboratively with clients in order to help them achieve their personal goals. Jackie hopes to create a non-judgmental space where clients feel open to sharing their authentic self.
