Dr. Schaub is a postdoctoral psychology fellow. Peter is passionate about working with individuals who struggle with addictions and co-occurring disorders. He uses a collaborative, evidence-based therapeutic approach to help clients reduce their psychological suffering, gain insights, sustain positive behavioral changes, and cultivate a life that is more consistent with their values. He draws heavily from mindfulness-based frameworks (e.g., Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Buddhist psychology) and cognitive-behavioral therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT), but tailors his style to each person’s unique needs. In his free time, Peter enjoys bouldering, meditating, biking, and spending time with friends and family. Dr. Schaub also provides ADHD and personality assessment and testing services.
