Dr. Jessica Lloyd is a Clinical Psychologist with a specialty in trauma. She is a strong advocate for life-long learning and continues to pursue advanced training to effectively treat trauma-related symptoms and disorders. Dr. Lloyd specializes in complex trauma, sexual abuse, relationship struggles, self-harm, anxiety, dysregulation, and developmental issues. She believes strongly in collaborating with individuals to see their struggles through a trauma-informed, developmental, systemic, and strengths-based lens. She uses an integration of various evidence-based and holistic approaches including but not limited to DBT, TF-CBT, narrative therapy, mindfulness, CBT, graded exposure, psychoanalytic, and person-centered. She works collaboratively with the client and team to develop culturally sensitive, individualized, and accomplishable treatment goals. She treats children (6+) with parent involvement, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Lloyd also has interests in psychological and neuropsychological assessment, positive parenting coaching, and behavioral therapy for children with serious emotional and behavioral concerns. She utilizes a compassionate and direct approach to meet each individual’s needs.
