Dan is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, who enjoys working with teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families. His background includes working in community settings such as youth runaway shelters, CTSS, Multisystemic Therapy (MST), an IRTS facility working with severe and persistent mental illnesses, and private practice involving teens, adults, couples, and families. Areas of focus include overcoming trauma, depression, anxiety, severe and persistent mental illnesses, relationship challenges, troubled youth, and parenting. Throughout his years of practice, Dan has found his client’s successes are most often realized using a client-centered approach. He listens to his clients as they share their personal story and works with them to help discover their path to change. Every person, being unique, responds to therapy differently. His approach is to meet you where you are at and walk with you on your journey to where you are heading. This occurs in a friendly, safe, and non-judgmental atmosphere.
