Andrea has over 12 years of experience working with individuals with eating disorders, weight management, and co-occurring issues such as diabetes. She enjoys guiding clients toward freedom from the constraints of an unhealthy relationship with food, diet mentality, or other barriers they have encountered. Andrea uses a non-judgemental stance around food and weight, mindful/intuitive eating techniques and guidance in the elimination of negative behaviors. She also has additional experience coaching individuals on stress management, exercise, and tobacco cessation.
