If you have any of these concerns or other sleep issues, we can assess your sleep problems and figure out what’s interfering with your getting a good night’s sleep. Good sleep is essential for your physical health and emotional wellbeing. We can also help determine if you may need an over-night sleep study at a sleep clinic to rule out medical problems such as sleep apnea.
What to expect…
In the first 1-2 sessions we will gather information and identify the problems you are having with sleep. We will then develop a treatment plan that is non-pharmacological, safe and effective. Your sleep plan is tailored to address your individual sleep problems. Therapy is cognitive-behavioral (CBTi) and is usually completed within 4-6 visits.
