Jane holds a BA in Psychology from Metropolitan State University and a certificate in Addiction Counseling as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor from Minneapolis Community and Technical College. She has also completed the requirements of a certificate program in Studies in Gambling Addiction from The University of Duluth Minnesota. Jane is currently working on her Master’s degree in a Licensed Professional Counselor track at Adler Graduate School. She has worked as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor since 2017, in disease, psychoeducation and co-occurring models of addiction treatment. She has a passion for working with people, the mind and behavior, and couples it with a deep sense of love for humanity. She has a professional background in holistic health, mindfulness meditation, energy healing, domestic violence, chronic pain, fitness and in working with people of all ages, races, sexes, genders, and creeds. She also offers coaching services in nicotine cessation, a healthy lifestyle and raising confidence. Jane believes that laughter is healing and it is possible for healing to be a pleasant and fun experience.
