Dr. Enakshi Choudhuri is a certified EMDR therapist and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with advanced training in the use of EMDR and Heart Centered Hypnotherapy in treating early childhood trauma, complex PTSD, dissociation and addictions. Integrating multiple therapy modalities (CBT, mindfulness based, solution focused, transpersonal psychology, relational therapy, EMDR, somatic psychology and hypnotherapy), she collaborates with her clients to develop culturally sensitive, strengths-based, personalized solutions to create positive change in their lives. She has a keen understanding of how a person’s past adverse life experiences and relational trauma contribute to their present difficulties in multiple areas of their lives. Dr. Choudhuri provides a compassionate, safe, non-judgmental, holding space for her clients (ages 6 and up) to empower them to develop the inner strength and resources to let go of their maladaptive and self-destructive patterns and find ways to create a sense of safety, value, meaning and purpose in their lives. Areas of expertise include PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, dissociative and psychotic disorders, and personality disorders. She also speaks Bengali and Hindi and offers telehealth services.
Shaina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She is currently offering telehealth sessions only. Shaina has experience with a wide range of clinical concerns; however, she specializes in anxiety, trauma, depression, abuse, attachment issues, and parent/child relationship conflicts. Shaina understands that everyone’s needs are different, and that not one modality fits all. Therefore, she uses an integrative approach, utilizing both evidence-based practices and holistic modalities to help clients tackle even the most traumatic circumstances. Shaina values the therapeutic relationship, and she makes sure that clients feel safe and supported on their journey towards healing. She incorporates Brainspotting, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), a variety of Play Therapy techniques, as well as mindfulness strategies to help clients manage those challenging experiences. Shaina works closely with clients to help them stay in the present moment and restore the mind-body connection. Kelly is a Mental Health Practitioner with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. Kelly enjoys working with adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families. Her background includes working in settings such as a residential setting supporting individuals with eating disorders, in-home work, and private practice setting. She uses a client centered approach to help clients focus on attainable goals to work towards, as well as combining other modalities such as; cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and emotionally focused approaches. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, life transitions, working through trauma, eating disorders, relationship struggles and challenges, and parenting. She has a passion for walking alongside of clients and creating a non-judgmental, encouraging, welcoming and comforting space to help guide clients through challenges life can bring. She believes in meeting clients where they are at on their journey and collaborating care with them to help them reach their desired goals.
Juli is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist that is also trained to work with horses for psychotherapy and corporate trainings at On Track EAP Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, LLC. She enjoys working with motivated clients who have a positive attitude toward change. Her style is holistic, eclectic, warm and compassionate. Juli employs a wide array of techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, cognitive restructuring, behavior modification, sand tray and play therapy, parenting videos, bibliotherapy (i.e., book recommendations) and horse assisted psychotherapy and learning. She sees individuals, families, and couples. Juli works with adults, kids and teenagers and specializes in working with anxiety, life transitions, challenging temperaments, communication skill building, parenting, autism spectrum, grief & loss, and blended families. In addition she teaches parenting classes based on the “1 2 3 Magic” series and follows “The nurtured heart approach“.
