LaTia Jones
LaTia has over 5 years of experience working in the healthcare field. Before joining Reed Behavioral Health, she worked as a Billing Authorization Specialists at a nonprofit organization that provided comprehensive treatment for substance use disorders and mental health. In 2021 she began her journey as a Birth Doula and attended 3 births that year with hopes to continue to grow, learn and support more families in this setting. She values family and loves spending time with her husband and 2 sons more than anything.
Deanna Afremov
Before working at Reed Behavioral Health, Deanna worked as an operations coordinator in shipping logistics. Deanna is passionate about providing support for the clinicians she works with to help provide a high standard of care for our clients. Currently, Deanna is enrolled in St. Mary’s University of Minnesota Masters program in Counseling and Psychological Services. She would like to join this field as a mental health professional in the near future.
Giovana Sanchez
Giovana is a part-time Clinical Coordinator at both the Edina and Wayzata clinics. She works alongside Deanna to support the leadership team, clinicians, and the valuable clients at Reed. By carrying out various administrative responsibilities, her role as Clinical Coordinator helps the clinic operate efficiently. Giovana is an undergraduate student at Minneapolis College and would like to pursue a career as a Clinical Psychologist.
